    I'M 60 AND BOUGHT MY 1ST SMART PHONE ABOUT 3 MONTHS AGO, WAS GOING TO BUY THE MAVEN , BUT BEST BUY PUT THE SAMSUNG GALAXY EXPRESS 3 ON SALE FOR 10 BUCKS MORE AND I WENT WITH IT. MY 84 YEAR OLD FATHER DECIDED HE WANTED A SMART PHONE, PICKED THIS ONE UP AT BEST BUY FOR 30 DELIVERED TO THE DOOR. SET IT UP WITH HIS OLD SIM CARD, HE DOESN'T HAVE INTERNET , BUT THE MAVEN IS ONE OF A FEW MODELS THAT ALLOW YOU TO CONNECT TO A WIFI SIGNAL WITHOUT A DATA PLAN AT ALL. HE'S PIGGY BACKING OFF MY SON'S INTERNET FROM NEXT DOOR AND I LIKE HIS PHONE BETTER. HE CAN DO , IF HE KNEW HOW, IN 2 STEPS ON THE MAVEN WHAT TAKES ME 4 ON MY SAMSUNG, AND GETS MUCH MUCH BETTER RECEPTION, I GET 2 BARS WHILE HIS SHINES 4.     The phone is a little glitchy but not bad and the system memory is horrible. The phone has 8gb internal and half of it is used by the system memory and the battery is OK. Sometimes I can last all day and others about 5 to 6 hours

    It's tall and heavy for the screen size, materials are resistant. It doesn't look attractive. The screen colors aren't the best, but surely you won't find a better phone for the price. 4.5 inches 854x480, 1GB ram, 8gb internals, Android 5.1, 2000mah.

    Dare to compare

    Here is the cell phone I picked out of 5 that I have used. After all i used this zte outranked the more expensive phones. Sound, weight, bluetooth, sensors, battery, storage. Moto x was the worst. China M1. ok and the v10 was ok m8 and the doogee ok but the Zte Maven beat all of them right out of the box. don't waste your money get this phone unlocked and forget the others.

    Truly best value for the money

    they say that u get what you pay for but this phone works pretty well for what i bought mine for. the screen seems to be just as sharp and vivid as my S5 The case and glass seem to be as tough and im surprised the battery lasts 2 days without charging with average (for me ) usage..i like almost everything about it and im not easily impressed by anything nowdays (except the new gt350 and ZL1)(lol)
