Perfectly adequate!
In generations past, and in current Intel chips, the cooler included with the CPU is typically loud and/or inadequate. These are great! AMD offers these CPU coolers with a special collaboration with Cooler Master. The fan is a modified Cooler Master Silencio design. Assuming you have a case with adequate ventilation, this cooler should be perfectly adequate to cool any CPU with a TDP or 65W or less, like any Ryzen 3, most Ryzen 5, and some Ryzen 7 chips. Please double-check the "Ryzen" Wikipedia page for your chip's TDP. I've used these in a wooden arcade cabinet build for myself, and in a NAS for a friend. Both were Ryzen 3 3200G chips that I used for the integrated graphics. Thermal performance was good in both cases where neither involved overclocking or Precision Boost Overdrive. If ... Not what I expected.
I did not realize that this would require a different mounting structure than what I had on my motherboards. Therefore I cannot use it. I had purchased a separate AMD processor, which came with a similar product, but it was optimized for the clip-style bracket mount. This was not as expected.

The cooler was fine and honestly better quality than what I expected coming from eBay, but the thermal paste was a little smeared on the bottom, however that possibly was from shipping, so other than that perfect for what I need!
