Great tool, if you need it
Good solution to a potentially difficult extraction. Turns out not to have been necessary in my case. I saw a YouTube vid where the host showed how a relatively light blow by hand to the elbow of the armature easily released the wiper arm. However, if my wiper arm had been corroded into place, it might have been a much different situation. BTW – I was shocked at how much I had to pay for an OEM arm for a first gen Toyota Tacoma. OEM is always a 200% mark up. Apparently, unlike wiper blades, each arm is unique to each manufacturer and model. A must for ease of removal especially on Audis.
Works great. Make sure you put the nut on the wiper arm on only a thread or two to prevent the tool from slipping off the wiper arm shaft. Delivery was prompt, actually before promised.
