Wonderful seller and I will be using again. Unfortunately, the item I wanted was slightly damaged. They e-mailed me the very next day and contacted me about it, had looked for another in the same style (part of the reason I had wanted this one was because it had apparently been replaced with a newer style). I was willing to take damaged but policy wouldn't allow it. They asked if I still wanted the item, sent the newer style and even sent a long a couple of extra little gifts with it.
