Aperture ring on the lens is extremely loose and will need repairs. Focus ring on the lens is extremely tight and will need to be oiled / repaired. That being said, the glass is in good condition. I assume the seller didn’t have a vast knowledge of camera equipment so I do not blame them for not knowing what to look for when giving a lens an “excellent” condition rating.
