Sold Windows tablet without a valid copy of Windows. Seller offered to take tablet back. However, I didn’t have the time for that option and judging by their other feedback they are highly concerned about scammers and won’t help with any other reasonable solutions, their prerogative. So I had to spend $30 more on a Windows key to fix the issue myself. If you’re in a rush and an item listed by this seller seems like it will save you time, here’s your warning, it may not.

We understand and regrettably we could not fix your problem over eBay messaging. When loading Windows on a tablet that is a Win10/11 tablet all we need to do is install all Windows updates and reboot. Registration is usually complete this way. This tablet for some reason had an issue. We offered to take it back and replace it. This is rare that this happens but it does. We do everything we can to prevent it but... tech happens.
