Item was listed as a size 7, but seller shipped a size 9, she offered for us to return it but her return policy is set up so that we had to pay $25.67 return shipping to be deducted off the refund of $45.97? I sent 5 messages over 5 days after I initiated the return to rectify the problem, and have waited an additional 8 days, but they have all been ignored.
