Shipper was very fast and good at communicating. The limited edition blu ray was exactly as described and well packaged. No issues with playability as discs were in fantastic shape and the cover box was in overall great condition. Seller was super responsive, willing to deal, and shipped quickly. Items could have been packaged a little better - only one small pieces of bubble wrap. One of them actually had a part pop off which revealed damage that had been glued - most likely not to the seller's knowledge as these toys are 30 years old. Overall, positive experience.
