Dishonest seller. I have ordered the same exact item multiple times before from this seller with no issues. But this time they forgot to ship my order out completely and when I asked about it they shipped out a unboxed and moldy case of prisms in a plastic bag. This was advertised as a new and in the box item, but that is not what I received. They acknowledged they knew that there was water damage to the case before they shipped it to me but haven't worked with me to come up with a solution.
