* Item was advertised as "NEW SEALED" - this was the reason that I purchased it over other choices. Box was NOT sealed in outer plastic wrap as advertised, although brush was and it was new/sanitary.
* Inner packaging (not shipping packaging) arrived in damaged condition (corners for crushed, etc.) Again, the product itself was fine
* From the date of payment, I believe that 5 or 6 days passed before receipt of a tracking number. I had to initiate the status request.
