Beads arrived damaged in very small interior box with shards of glass at bottom and on paper towel placed on top of beads. Contacted Seller, who blamed me for the damage & demanded I send a video of me opening the box--LOL--experienced bead sellers know to wrap entire bead necklace in bubble paper to prevent individual beads rubbing against each other, while in transit. Therefore, beware of buying fragile glass bead items from this unprofessional Seller, who doesn't know how to pack/wrap beads.
