The navy handbag is pretty and nicely made, but it’s not as large as it appears to be in the eBay posting. If you’re looking for a large purse, this might not be the one. I didn’t expect a tote, but I did expect a handbag that had more room in it. The image with the tablet…no way does my tablet fit vertically in this bag. I can manage it, barely, horizontally. Again, the handbag is pretty, well made, and is a nice shade of navy. It was supposed to be larger. That’s my only objection.

Manufactuer got the size wrong. I ordered a large but it was not even close. This is not the sellers fault. Be careful when ordering shirts made by this manufacturer. I'm sending this one to my daughter.

The seller sent the wrong item and is refusing to allow me to return it for what I ordered. It says on the listing that "returns are accepted" but the seller is insisting I keep it and instead, offering discounts instead of taking back what they accidentally sent me. I have contacted ebay for a return since the seller is not working with me. That is horrible customer service. If you send someone the wrong item, you should take it back and exchange it for what they bought to make it right.
