Item was very well packaged, was as described, and works as it should. Seller was slow to ship item. Did Buy It Now on 11/1, seller issued UPS tracking number 11/6, and finally shipped on 11/11/2023 via UPS. Got it 12/13. Communication was terrible. Never responded to first two messages, and gave me a generic response to the third inquiry. I'm guessing they need more help in their warehouse. Overall, an ok transaction. Just a little frustrating due to poor communication.

Received more than described. Exceptionally clean. More importantly, the seller showed an understanding of the importance of protecting electronics that they sell. I was pleasantly surprised at the careful way this item was packaged. Way better than any I've encountered on eBay with the exception of OEM sellers. Kudos to this seller. For those that left negatives - show patience when receiving and item. The world doesn't move on your schedule.
