Some Computer Skills Needed
Please don't think you're going to replace this and you're good to go. Item is good quality. You only receive the plastic bezel. You have to remove every piece of hardware from you old palmrest to make this one work. It may be easier to spend a little more to get one with all parts installed.

Does NOT come with touchpad hardware preinstalled!
Although this product was as advertised, I did not expect migrating the touchpad hardware to the new palmrest to be such an impossible task. The touchpad hardware is actually GLUED seemingly to the bottom of your existing palmrest, and did not appear to be able to be separated by normal means. I ended up just having to go without installing the touchpad hardware (which includes the bluetooth module, I believe), but this was fine for me personally, as I use the trackpoint for most everything.Although this product was as advertised, I did not expect migrating the touchpad hardware to the new palmrest to be such an impossible task. The touchpad hardware is actually GLUED seemingly to the bottom of your existing palmrest, and did not appear to be able to be separated by normal means. I ended up just having to go without installing the touchpad hardware (which includes the bluetooth module, I believe), but this was fine for me personally, as I use the trackpoint for most everything.
