This order was shipped promptly. The seller contacted me to let me know the product was an orange color. The Dermelect web site said clear or amber was acceptable. The product arrived a very deep amber in color, with a strong, "maple syrup" type scent. The price was excellent and I have been using it. I seem to wake up with the smooth glowing skin the product is supposed to deliver, so I guess my bottle is OK. There was no expiration date on the bottle or box.

This seller was not pleasant to deal with. They sent me a bottle that was only 70% full and tried to convince me that was normal. When I opened the bottle the liquid was brown. It is supposed to be clear. They tried to convince me that was normal too. I sent them a screenshot of the dermelect website to show that it was supposed to be clear. Ridiculous. I would not recommend this seller and would not purchase from them again.

    Eye Serum Results

    I have used several Olay products over the years. The Olay Regenerist Eye Lifting Serum is one of the newest that I have tried. I have been applying it for several weeks now. It is very light weight and, as a result, is easily absorbed by my skin, so there is very little stretching of skin around the eye area. It does not help with dark areas or bags under my eyes, though. I have seen a slight improvement in the crows feet near the outside of my eyes, but they haven't completely disappeared. The use of "eye lifting" is also slightly exaggerated, as I haven't seen any change in this area. However, overall, it is a good quality serum and a very good value for your money.

    Disappointed!!

    I have used this product as directed for about 2 weeks now and i still have yet to see any results, totally disappointed. I purchased this product base upon all the previous reviews, but now has yet to see results.

    I NORMALLY USE ESTEE LAUDER OR BORGHESE. THEY ARE FANTASTIC EYE AREA SERUMS BUT NEEDLESS TO SAY QUITE EXPENSIVE. I SAW AN ADVERTISEMENT IN THE PAPER AWHILE BACK STATING THAT OLAY WAS RATED HIGHER THAN THE BRANDS I WAS USING. FOR THE PRICE I HAD NOTHING TO LOSE. I CAN SAY THEY EXCEED IN RESULTS OVER OLAY IN MY OWN OPINION BUT ITS A VERY GOOD PRODUCT. I'VE NOW PURCHASED A NUMBER OF THE OLAY AND BELEIVE I'LL BE USING IT FOR QUITE AWHILE. THE COST DIFFERENCE IS GREAT. AND BELIEVE ME, I TAKE MY FACE AGING VERY SERIOUSLY.

    Packaging changes

    One of the three Olay items (same product) in this order was in older packaging which I had found to be quite unsatisfactory to use previously. It is a small pump plastic bottle which often will not pump out the product. Fortunately I had found a way to get at the product without destroying the package - annoying, but doable. The other two items are squeeze tubes which makes a lot more sense. While I can use the old packaging, I would have liked to have been made aware of the mixed packaging. The photos only showed the newer tubes and there was no mention that I could find regarding the possibility of getting older packaging. I think this order was one where the old adage, "If it looks to good to be true........" The price was unexpectedly low and now I know why.

    Cheap and works really good.

    This really works. As a former Esthetician, I have used many high-end eye creams. This product not only lifts, but it brightens the under-eye area. If I miss a day, I look older, instantly. Be careful, because the Eye Lifting Serum is different the the Eye Regeneratin Serum and the packaging is almost identical. A+++
