Item in used condition, not new, but shipped fairly quickly. No complaints for the price, but not exactly as listed. Seller did bare minimum for shipping in a manilla envelope without tape covering the paper shipping label; lucky it didn't get wet :)

But i’m not sure what you wanted me to do while shipping it out, i followed all of USPS’s rules by taping the shipping label to the package and making sure it was sealed.
