Product arrived with postage short $54.67 - Seller calculated weight rather than DIMENSIONAL WEIGHT (box was oversized according to USPS rules). I paid the postage and quite frankly was doing the Seller a big favor by not refusing and having it returned whereby the Seller would have to pay the postage and supply a refund. I wanted the item, but not at this surprise price. Contacted Seller who promptly refused to provide any form of refund suggesting should have refused. CAVEAT EMPTOR HERE!

ALL the buyer had to do is REFUSE the shipment as he was given that option By USPS. Had he refused it like he should have, he would have received a FULL refund! He took it upon himself to pay the extra money and then want me to reimburst him without even asking me first!! The postage error was a mistake but a honest one however, I don't think USPS deducted the original shipping paid whe they calculated the amount due. THE BUYER WAS GIVEN THE OPTION TO REFUSE SHIPMENT OR to PAY! HE CHOSE TO PAY
