Very slow to ship. Used no packing material for heavy KitchenAid mixer and just tossed it loosely into box causing damage and inoperability. Barely responds to messages. Offered a partial refund in lieu of return but will not give refund within eBay's return window forcing me to return the item instead of repairing it as originally planned.
