Fast read could have been better!
SILVERSMITH by JEFF CARSON is a fast-paced quick read with plenty of excitement from beginning to end, just the right formula for a successful thriller. With that said, I feel it was too short. Jeff leaves out some important details (but what's important to me may not be to others). 1) At the end of the book when Sarah tells David the terrible thing she did...that was very confusing, it was not clear to me. What did she do? 2) How did Young break into Sarah's place, or perhaps the house belongs to her parents? 3) The final fight scene between Young the mighty and Wolf, it was glossed over, not enough details. How did Wolf kill him exactly? From a writer's or an editor's POV, there were many instances where the wrong word (or words) was used: He bounced the parts in his hand. Bounced...? ...
