My product arrived. I spent $11.75 shipping, almost as much as product. When it arrived it was smashed and half of it dusted the bubble wrap and envelope. This, to me, is unacceptable. I would like a no product of same or credit for the $11.75 I paid in good faith.

Buyer did not notify me. I would have filed a claim with the US Post Office since I have pictures of who carefully the item was packaged and obviously the damage was done during shipping.
