Works well for GE washer - easy to replace
Our 10 years old GE Washer quit working and quick search pointed to this valve - now it works again and we saved $700 I would spend on a new washer. Replacement is super easy: - shut off water and unplug electric plug - remove three screws on the back of the top cover - remove top cover - make a picture of all connections with you phone - remove three rubber pipes and electrical connections - reinstall everything in the reverse order (20 minutes all together)Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Fixed washer machine

Wrongly threaded
The washer Inlet valves are not for a washing machine they are for a dishwasher or a garden hose they do not work with a washing machine which uses a finer thread pattern.
