What I received was not a Sony brand PSP-1000 charger. The listing clearly listed it as a Sony brand one and the pictures indicated this as well. The item I received also had clearly been opened before and looked like it had been returned as well. Messaged the seller and gave them ample time to respond and they never responded. Although they did issue a refund, it is extremely frustrating having to find time in my busy schedule to go to the post office and return this charger. HORRIBLE SELLER.

Shipping and packing was excellent. Item works well. Only a couple flaws. The noise cancellation doesn’t work (not a seller problem). You can’t change the left ear piece rubber ear size because the one that was on it is stuck. But other than that it’s perfect.
