The urn vault arrived with damaged parts. Most people don't buy many urn vaults but it's a certainty I will never buy from this seller again. In fact, I will spend the remainder of life telling anybody who is considering buying an urn vault to avoid this seller. I also do not see anything indicating a date that they item was needed other then "I'm on a time crunch". Your feedback says it arrived two days early. As you know we cannot control FedEx but if we would have had a need by date or a message with a need by date we would have made sure to expedite the order.
