Neither the seller nor I expected the unforseen non product support due to its age. As such, resetting it to factory setting to rid off previous pin number and account info, killed it! Seller, gracefully and promptly refunded the cost. The 5 star rating is because of sellers support and attitude and the item was as advertised! Despite this mishap, I would buy again from this seller!
