There are 2 different style screws for Srixon adapters, depending on driver model. Pics on listing showed wrong one (not correct for my driver), however my driver was listed as compatible w/ the item. SO, made an assumption that the site carried both adapter versions (mine just not pictured). A bad assumption...as one received was not applicable to my driver. Thus, notified the seller immediately requesting either a new/correct item or a refund. I received a prompt refund. 5 stars for service
