Unfortunately, the printhead arrived damaged and is not functional I emailed the seller with the bad news and asked if I should return the item but have not received a response after several days. He suddenly went silent and I appear to be stuck with this useless item.

Buyer did NOT message me. We had no problem messaging in the past when I went through a lot of trouble to dismantle a printer so he could have this ONE part that was working the last time it was used. Buyer did NOT open up a return which would have been the correct thing to do when you have an issue with a product. I guess since the buyer has decided to conclude this with a bad review when they did not go through correct steps to resolve then they can just keep the part. Thanks for the buy!
