The seller was responsive to my up front questions which expedited the sale transaction. Payment was easy and shipping was fast. My only complaint is that the part was listed as "refurbished" but when I unwrapped the part it was dripping ink. It looks like this part has just been unbolted from a printer, stuck in a box, and shipped. There was no evidence of any kind of refurb.

In order to do so for your part, we had to run ink through it, so yes it had ink in it as you found it, but more to the point it works and that's what our units do!
