My experience with this purchase was very positive. However, my experience with the delivery service was poor. The item arrived broken, which was a tragedy in that it had been a beautiful antique statue! I contacted the seller and explained the condition the item arrived in (and I included a picture). The seller was kind and understanding. I was offered a substitute statue or a refund. I sent all necessary photos so that he could have insurance cover the loss. I would buy from this seller again.
