    Unit had issues, Panasonic support helped out, now works great

    I'll be honest - I had problems with my WhisperWarm. Everything seemed to work except that the fan only ran at very slow speed when in heat mode. I spent several months working with the Panasonic support folks as we replaced: 1 - The control board; 2 - The heating element; 3 - The main fan motor; 4 - The air damper mechanism. After the installation the motor and the air damper mechanism the unit now works great. So, maybe two stars off for not working out of the box...but one star back on for Panasonic support coming through with replacement parts.

    Great vent and heater

    This is a very well make product, great for new construction. If this is being put in an existing home and you don’t excess to the attic it can be a real pain.
