Wasn't sure but the item looks to be near and never been used but for the price I figured out it would be used but very happy with my purchase and I asked about a crossing sign as well and the seller sent me one for no extra charge, so I can't recommend the seller enough for the amount of my item to the quick response to my questions everything was excellent and I would definitely buy for him again, shipping slower than most but worth it for the price and the quality of the items, thank you!!!!
