    The item was as described and was shipped in a timely manner. However, the packaging was not great. It was not padded in anyway so the feet ripped through the inner and outer boxes. It shifted so much in the box due to lack of packing material that the top separated from the bottom. I actually thought it was broken.

    Great product, does just what I need

    I had a little bit of an issue to start with as I had no intention of using this as a phone, it is to be a bike computer (yeah, I know, expensive bike computer), so I didn't put a sim card in it. It refused to let me use it without a sim card. Thankfully, I found one in an old phone, and the iphone didn't seem to care that it was no longer in use, it just wanted something in the slot! Once I had that figured out, it worked fine. Runs all of the programs I needed it to run, not to big, not to small, will hold all of my music so I can ride to tunes! The phone appeared to be brand new, no scratches, dents or other defects (which I didn't care about even if it had), Great price for a new phone! Thanks!

    A computer that doubles as a phone

    First smart phone in my experience. Supposed to have OS 8 but came with OS 7. Supposed to be fine for upgrade to OS 9... and it loaded fine but just like other Apple products I've had the upgrade slows everything down. I thought the phone was malfunctioning because it wasn't responding to button pushes or taps. After messing with it for awhile I realized it was just "working" (spinning). Works as a phone and texting device just fine but boot up an app an it's hard to tell if it'll come back to user inputs. I have to turn it off and then back on again to get back to the start screen. Hmmm.

    I was happy I was able to repair the phone form iTunes but it doesn’t charge so I got a new charge port I believe it was never checked for water damage other wise phone works great

    Picture is misleading

    Picture looks to be better than average. Phone I received definitely "looks" 100% functional, but we shall see what happens. I'm bringing this overseas for my parents and hopefully it is unlocked as described. Screen is heavily scratched up with some damage here and there on the side. Not what I expected and if I had known, I would have bought the phone elsewhere. Not a terrible value, but i wouldn't say good value.

    Excellent Device

    This is my Second iPhone 5S and I have also tried 6S but nothing compares to iPhone 5S's small factor and fast processing. I am not an extensive app user but I like my phones to be fast and super responsive and this phone does the job for me like a charm. Highly recommended product ! Good Battery life and a great Camera (If you are into photography) If you are looking for a sleek handset by all means go for it
