    Awesome drive! Worth the cost!

    Hard drive is really good. A lot of memory, at a good price. Really convenient as a media drive, if you're someone who has large movie, music, and other media collections and wants PnP accessibility on-the-go. A couple of drawbacks, it says it has up to 640GB of hard drive space, yet only 595 is usable. I understand that it's impossible to use every single gig, but where is my other 40GB at least? Even formatting doesn't fix. Also, may only apply to my system, but hard drive cannot be connected during initial boot as system will not boot past bios loader screen. All-in-all, still an awesome deal!

    great product for home use.

    i am very pleased with the seagate external hard drive. the price was atleast $100.00 cheaper than in the store. was able to get the 640GB for less than the 500 GB. very easy to use and set up.
