I ran out of probiotics about two months ago, and trying to save money, decided to eat yogurt instead. Bad move. My immune system ran down fast, along with my energy. I stumbled upon this brand and decided to read the reviews because the Ultimate Flora showed twice as much, even triple more ingredients, and other really great ingredients that my old brand didn't have. And the price was reasonable. So I was impressed with the 5 stars and the reviews, because the reviews said the very things that I have been looking for in an probiotic. So I and decided to try this brand. Wow. Today, I got my order delivered, took just one, and in just a little while, I could feel my entire system balancing out. I used to be anorexic and believe me I deprived my body of nutrition for so many years, that it takes a lot to mend me constantly., So i can tell the difference when something enters my body that is good stuff. :) I felt evened out, my stomach balanced, everything. It's hard to explain. I am so excited to have this product. I can promise you, this will be my continued probiotic of choice. I have never taken probiotics in my life other than whatever is in yogurt. I was skeptical as to what this could do for me as I had a few months of being so terribly sick with an attack of diverticulitis. So wanting to just feel better without anymore antibiotics and drugs in my system I gave this product a try after doing some research. It has been about 52 days that I have been taking them. It takes awhile to perhaps start working and getting your system back in neutral. But after about 30 days I was feeling so much better and no longer was thinking about how bad I was feeling every day. My goal was to get my immune system back to normal. I'd had a few months of prednisone and antibiotics dealing with facial swelling from a reaction to my blood pressure medication. All of that overdose of meds probably caused the diverticulitis attack. It was a few months of having some very odd things happen and I was just so tired of feeling sick.
