Experience with this seller was TERRIBLE!!!!Buyers beware!!They advertised the item as new, unopened box, I made offer, told them explicitly that it was a Xmas gift and wanted to make sure it was in an unopened box. They sold it to me. I received the item with packing tape holding the box together, without the tape you could easily see how damaged the box was. I told them &they said I could send back but I would be charged shipping. After email back and forth they paid shipping. BIG HASSLE!

    Confusing to program

    Much more difficult to program than the Panasonic system we replaced. Transferring phone book from cell phone is a mess. It sorts by first name. Speed dial does not automatically copy to all handsets. You have to manually load all five handsets. Deleting messages that you listened too is multi step process, not easy.

    Quality control lacking

    Good product but I got a refurbished product with flaws so I got what I paid for, not as good as a brand new unit. One handset was defective and unusable which I keep on the base unit, get more use out of the other 4 phones which do work OK. I use it on a single line jack on a cable TV phone port. Refurbished units tend to be lower quality or more defects as this one was. All features work, just regret one of the handsets being bad.

    Panasonic KX-TGE275 5 set phone system

    Been using this system for a few months and have been completely satisfied with it. We don't use the Bluetooth feature, so I can't address it. Every feature we use works fine. I would recommend it to a friend without hesitation. If we ever want another phone system, then Panasonic will be the first brand I check.

    It has good features, but it has other issues.

    Call blocking takes a lot of work, it is not a matter of just pushing a button you have to go through several menu options and remember the number off of the caller ID so that you can re-enter it when you get there. Buttons are hard to push and speakerphone is very quiet.

    Panasonic Link2cell Bluetooth enabled phone W/Answering Machine.

    Good phone. I like the fact that you can block 250 numbers on it without going through the phone company. I can only block 20 phone numbers from AT&T web site before I buy this phone. The caller ID also have a voice announcement that you don't need to pick the phone up before you know who is calling.
