Product has great features. Ease of use and great sound quality.
It has helped a disabled Vet to enjoy TV. It's very easy to use with limited dexterity. This was the third product tried. Thankfully, number three is a winner. The controls are easy to use. The headset does not put too much pressure on scar tissue. Worth the purchase price !

The reception is very poor; you have to be in a very limited spot to have reception.
You are very limited and where you can be in order for them to work. This signal line is so small if you put your hand in front of your face you lose audio. I have a set that will listen outside but they’re very old and I was trying to replace them.

Plug into transmitter loose . Have to pull the headphones Jack out of the y adapter a little bit to get both left and right to work but let go and only left works .

Too much money for such poor reception
You can't turn your head from side-to-side without the sound cutting down on it or getting real staticky you can't even wave your hand in front of it between it and The Listener that's by the TV
