OK, for starters the lamp shade did show up broken. Welcome to USPS Roulette. Buyer did send me a message to inform me I am a horrible person and disgusting. A nicer inquiry would have gotten a full refund no questions asked. Buyer DID NOT offer to buy the second. Buyer DID NOT ask how this could be resolved. Buyer only contacted me once (remember I am horrible and disgusting?) and no I didn't respond. Why would I? I suggest all sellers block this buyer the same as I just did.

The card came a little bent through no fault of the seller, the post office messed it up but the seller did a great job protecting the card that only minor damage was done, I was able to easily fix it with no issues, great seller!
