The neckties that I purchased were just as listed and by the odor, I could tell they were freshly cleaned before I received them. Retail box was surrounded by flat rate boxes, and covered with postal wrapping paper see photos Description list NIB but there was scotch tape attached to the flap of the retail box. Factory seal tape was loose as it had been opened. Seller writes this to me: I have no control over how the post office handles packaging. Please take this up with Ebay.
