Luckily I make videos of the unboxing just in case I need. Contacted the seller who was very professional and offered a partial refund that I accepted. Sent quickly with adequate packaging. Item was NOT as described. The warehouse sent a 65W power brick not a 120W, making the item an expensive paper weight. I have been refunded as they didn't have the correct brick in stock. Having tried to source one, it seems impossible to get hold of one. I then subsequently got an offer notification offering the same item from the same seller with the right power brick. Can't tell if this is illicit practice or mugging me off. Buy with caution.
