The Optimizer II unit was broken upon receipt. It was advertised as new and open box in excellent condition with no wear. It came out of the box with the base plate hanging down and small pieces of plastic falling out. Other pieces can be heard rattling around inside the unit. It is unusable. I have contacted the seller. Waiting for a reply.
