      Watch was as described and very well packaged - watch has been keeping decent time and passed all tests on my timegrapher. There was a bit of an inconvenience to arrange time off work to be home to sign for the package as FEDEX would not allow delivery changes, but I think this on the eBay authentication service and not the seller. I highly recommend this seller and also exploring alternatives to the authentication service.

      When I first received the watch, I thought something was wrong. A local watch repair shop gave me bad advice, claiming it was broken—turns out, it wasn’t. I sent the watch back to Estates for inspection, and they quickly discovered it was working perfectly. It just has a rare mechanism for setting the minute hand. Throughout the process, Dan and his team were incredibly professional, patient, and supportive. They went above and beyond to ensure I was taken care of. This is a wonderful business!
