They did a beautiful job with my ring; however, there are different people that handle the communications and one is super nice and the other is not so nice/friendly. There are other folks who do custom jewelry that do a fantastic job and are much nicer/better with communication and patient enough to ensure you are getting what you requested.

Says gold covered, but had a rep tell me silver is best due to the gold not being good quality to stay in good shape. Purchased October 20th, seller stated we would “get picture sent before shipping”- nothing was ever shared, and “it’s been shipped since October 31” estimated time originally was November 4 to the 9th. We are now on the 7th and tracking system says it’s still not been shipped or in transit but “was issued tracking number and has shipped since the 31st according to seller”.
