    amazing & Effective

    Some of the most effective melatonin I've ever used! I've tried same Mg from other brands and styles yet this one vastly works better. These are also better tasting and have a better texture than any gummies supplements I've ever had. hard not to eat more than suggested! I highly recommend these.

    Doesnt help you sleep

    It doesnt help i literally go through the entire bottle of 90 in a week and it doesnt even make me sleepy or tired i thought if i had more it would work better but at this point they r just nasty tasting gummies lol but got a great deal

    These gummies are great when the little people can't sleep.

    Works great when taken as directed. When the kids are so tired they start fighting and grumbling, and they just can't get to sleep...one gummie each, relaxes and helps them sleep. There are no side effects and no coercion to get them to take it. I have also taken it myself.

    Switching to Gummies;

    Love the way they melt in my mouth and have that wonderful strawberry flavor. It takes about 20 minutes for them to work effectively and I have a good five hours sleep. I wouldn't suggest taking them just before bed but a few hours before. Not while driving or with alcohol.
