This was a Dreamcast disc and it was pretty scratched. No super deep scratches or tiny holes, still I'd say this was more "Acceptable," not "Good" as described. It loaded, but it would glitch and freeze at the exact same cut scene after Act One with some characters. The other characters didn't even work. I sent it to eStarland for $6 resurfacing and now it works fantastic. I was worried, but it all ended up okay. I did not contact the seller. It shipped quickly and packaged well.
