I received a non-functional item straight out of the box. However, the seller's auction policy does not allow refunds. Despite this, I requested a refund for the item's price as well as the shipping cost that I paid to get it shipped. Unfortunately, the seller only offered a refund for the item's price, which is unacceptable. This poor customer service has left me with no choice but to vow never to buy from this seller again.
