I ordered new/unopened item, it came used. After some push back (even though the seller acknowledged the inaccuracy of the listing claiming it was new; then offering to send a new one, only to inform me that none were actually new), I finally got a partial refund. But I’m still out the international shipping cost, which I’m having to fight for.
