Communication was good and prompt. In description guitar was listed specifically with no scratches or flaws (see photos)... kind of disappointing but nothing major. Appears someone stored it with a capo on the 9th fret too long. Also took seller 3 days to get item to the post office. Packaging was good though. When you read "no scratches or flaws" thats what you expect.

I offered the seller a full refund because the item apparently had issues when they received it. Issues I was not aware of from a nearly 20 year old item. Even though it says no returns or refunds in the description. After letting the seller know, I was more than happy to issue a refund and let him keep the controller, he said he would take the feedback down and still hasn’t. I’m confused. A small mistake on my part, makes me seem like a bad seller. I do right for my customers. And always will.
