I like the printer, I have had several in the past but I am having a difficult time in setting up the wifi and the USB on this model and a message says there is no paper in the tray when it is full of paper, it prints from my phone but not from the printer. Other than using ink at such a fast rate. When only printing less than 15 pictures

Make all features work. It will not pair to Bluetooth and I can't do diagnostics from my computer like I could me HP All in one 6930 model. I want to control the soft ware pot have the internet control it for me. Oh and the ink does not last long and I cant get it to register for HP-Instant en==in by adding another printer to my list. I will not accept a refurbished one agaon!!

Need simple instructions on how to use the bait in panel to connect to home router. The downloaded software/drivers would not do this. It took an IT guy 3 minutes to do it. I could have done it with some simple instructions.

Cosmetically not quite as good as I expected, but acceptable. The online setup was a little quirky but effective and pretty easy to get finished. The overall print quality is very good, prints a decent picture. Software is simple and does not overly intrude into the operating system. So far am very happy with the printer and software.

Great Printer. Very quiet and quick. You can print wirelessly and without wifi! There are also a number of ways to connect yourself or a friend if you wanted including handing your buddy a QR code. Also the mini on printer screen helps you very well, easy to read/ navigate. Also the quality of the prints are amazing quality. I would buy this printer again right now. Also the HP Print program is hands down the best program I could have thought up myself! Never pay high ink prices or have to go to the store to buy more ink.
