Hello. I ordered a dvd drive for my laptop. The order was promptly shipped and arrived well packaged. Unfortunately the drive was not recognized by the laptop and would not even eject/open. This can happen with any electronics. After contacting the seller, the seller immediately offered a replacement or a refund, taking full responsibility for my satisfaction.
