This was shipped by US Mail that never delivered the package. We tracked & waited at home all day. The postal worker who claimed to try to deliver this heavy package did not make an effort & left no notice on our door. It's the middle of NYC; one has no car to pick up a heavy package at the post office & even if I could get there, I couldn't pick it up. I have wasted hours and hours trying to get through on the phone, gotten through, but no delivery promised. Take a return. This was incompetent!

Saved all my data.
I bought mine to replace a 4-year-old one. The old one saved all my data when my IMac suddenly died with a bad hard drive. Once I got a new hard drive and all data transferred, the old one gave up the ghost, but it had served its purpose. I highly recommend My Passport. You won't be sorry if your hard drive dies.
