CRT monitors are notoriously hard to ship successfully - despite even a great packing job, due to the nature of the monitor, damage can still occur. This monitor was damaged beyond repair in the shipping process, even though this seller packs very securely. I reached out to the seller, who responded even while on vacation, and he suggested sending a replacement monitor. The replacement monitor arrived safely and was as described. Thank you!
